Hotels are moving past plain white. They are choosing sand, greige, and terracotta now. It is a Mediterranean style with more texture than the typical Ibiza look.

Boutique hotels opening this 2026 in Lloret, Begur, Cadaqués, Calella, Pollensa, or Sóller use mineral tones. You will see a lot of sand, greige, terracotta, and olive. These work well with microcement, lime, and wood.
How to use it
- Guest rooms: greige walls with sand-colored fabrics and natural wood.
- Lobby: washed terracotta stucco with light floors and brass accents.
