• Cloudflare: network on which the website hosting runs.
• Google (Gmail): emails us a notice of each form message.
• Google (Gemini), through Lovable's AI gateway: generates the chat assistant's answers.
• Google (Maps): map on the Contact page, only if you accept it.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you tap a WhatsApp button.

Lovable, Cloudflare, Google and Meta are based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards each provider applies under the GDPR. You can ask us for more details by email.

When you tap “Chat on WhatsApp” you leave this website and go to WhatsApp (Meta). From then on, WhatsApp processes your data under its own privacy policy.

The website chat is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person. What you type is sent to Google (Gemini) through Lovable's AI gateway only to generate the answer. The conversation is stored in your browser and you can delete it from the chat.

Do not type health data, bank details or other sensitive data in the chat.
